Jennifer Olson started her career as a wildland firefighter for a private contractor while attending Eastern Oregon University to earn a Masters of Education. Jennifer obtained her Oregon ALF/RCF Administrator’s License and became executive director at Wallowa Valley Senior Living. Over the course of her 11 years as the director, she has developed programs, tested procedures, and trained multiple staff in a rural area with limited resources on preventing and responding to a wide variety of emergency situations.
