Asking the right questions is critical in today’s work environment. It enables us to create an environment of learning where applicants and employees are challenged to come up with the answers, right or wrong, allowing us to identify the gaps and nurture a learning environment for the individual to blossom. In this session, audience members will explore guidelines to ask more effective questions to be more successful in interviewing and coaching endeavors. The presenter will discuss how to use three words to draw out more information from the other person and the one question everyone can ask that works in both interviewing and coaching situations.
