In today's dynamic senior care environment, traditional interventions for falls, behaviors, or other conditions may not always help mitigate future incidents and meet the evolving needs of residents. Creative interventions encompass simple strategies to inovative methods in order to support the wellbeing of residents in care settings. Using real-world examples of incidents for falls and/or behaviors, the presenter will explore out-of-the-box thinking that can lead to significant improvements in care. This session is designed to inspire care professionals to rethink their current strategy, embrace innovative approaches and create solutions that build better outcomes and enrich the resident experience.
